1. About Jubo
Jubo provides AI-powered voice receptionist, chatbot, workflow automation, and reputation management services to businesses. Jubo is based in Oswestry, Shropshire, UK.

2. Services
Jubo offers the following services:
- AI Voice Receptionist — 24/7 automated call answering, routing, and appointment booking
- AI Chatbots — automated website and messaging chat agents
- Automation Workflows — business process automation and follow-up sequences
- Reputation Management — review generation and monitoring
Service scope, pricing, and setup timelines will be agreed upon in writing before commencement.
3. Payment Terms
- Fees are as agreed at the point of sale and set out in your service agreement
- Invoices are due within 14 days of issue unless otherwise agreed in writing
- Jubo reserves the right to suspend services for unpaid invoices after reasonable notice
- All prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise
4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information required to set up and operate your services
- Ensure your use of Jubo's AI services complies with applicable laws, including data protection and telecommunications regulations
- Notify your callers and website visitors that AI may be used to handle communications, where required by law
- Not use Jubo's services for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose
5. AI Services — Important Notice
Our AI services are provided on an "as is" basis. While we aim for high accuracy and reliability:
- AI responses may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete
- We do not guarantee that all calls will be handled without error
- Jubo is not liable for any decisions made based on AI-generated outputs
We recommend you review call logs and transcripts regularly to ensure quality.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, software, and technology associated with Jubo's platform remain the intellectual property of Jubo. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of our platform without written permission.
Content you provide to configure your AI services (scripts, business info, etc.) remains your property.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jubo shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss
- Loss of revenue, profit, or business opportunity
- Any loss arising from service interruption or AI errors
Our total liability to you in any 12-month period shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Jubo during that period.
8. Termination
- Either party may terminate services with 30 days' written notice unless otherwise agreed
- Jubo may terminate immediately if you breach these terms or fail to pay outstanding invoices
- Upon termination, your access to Jubo's platform will cease and any outstanding fees become immediately payable
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance. The latest version is always available at hellojubo.com/terms-of-service.
